Teacher Orientation Workshop -Teaching Climate Change

Science Gallery Bengaluru (SGB) has developed free, digital learning material under its recent Open Courseware initiative. Currently, the SGB Open Courseware consists of five short modules, one which introduces climate change and carbon, and the others that approach this topic through the lens of biophysics, art, technology, and lived experience. Each module consists of expert-led lecture videos, documentary films, articles to read, as well as exercises and assignments that promote critical engagement with the respective topics.

These modules have been developed with the support of Economic and Social Research Council, UK Research and Innovation (ESRC - UKRI), Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF), Transforming Education for Sustainable Futures (TESF), and Indian Institute of Human Settlements (IIHS).
