This event, Neeti Habba, is a two-day policy festival that delves into the multifaceted concept of "public" in public policy. The festival will feature a keynote address by Smt. Uma Mahadevan, Additional Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner, Government of Karnataka, who will discuss the journey from policy to action.
Additionally, a series of interactive workshops will be conducted, including "The Quiltmaker," which explores strategic decision-making for social and economic resilience, and "Come, let us build an Anganwadi," where participants design ideal early childhood development centers. Workshops on understanding complex adaptive systems in gender violence and using process indicators for safer public spaces will also be held.
Cultural performances by renowned artists like Du Saraswathi, Rumi Harish, Nisha Abdulla, and Urvija Priyadarshini will enrich the event. Limited seats are available for workshops, so register now on a first-come, first-served basis.
